If a deck we built fails because of how we built it — loose framing, failed fasteners, a bad connection — we fix it at no charge, for as long as you own the home.
What is covered
Framing, ledger attachment, footings, fastener failure, railing connections and anything tied to our installation work.
How long
For the entire time you own your home. The warranty stays with you, not a fixed number of years.
Your Decking Is Covered Too
We are factory-certified installers, so your boards qualify for the full manufacturer warranty. Typical coverage by brand:

What Is Not Covered
To keep things honest, our workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear, weathering, and color change of natural wood.
- Damage from storms, floods, fire, or ground movement.
- Neglected maintenance — for example, wood left unsealed for years.
- Work altered or added by another contractor after we finish.
